Shishir Mishra is the Founder and Systems Architect (AI) at KORIX, an enterprise AI adoption agency serving clients across the UK, US, and EU. He works at the intersection of AI systems design, governance, and production deployment — helping CTOs, CDOs, and operations leaders move AI from pilot to production. Across 19 years and 150+ projects in 24 countries, the throughline has stayed the same: treat delivery as a systems problem, where data foundations, governed workflows, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and rollback mechanisms decide whether AI survives contact with real operations.

Shishir started in hands-on software engineering in 2007, building Java and early mobile systems, and earned his Sun Certified Java Programmer credential in 2009. He progressed from engineering into delivery leadership — Technical Lead, Project Lead, and Delivery Manager — running multi-client software programmes across consumer, enterprise, and regulated domains for UK and international clients. Nearly two decades of shipping software into live operations is why he approaches AI adoption as an operations problem first and a model problem second. He founded KORIX in 2025.

Sport shaped how Shishir leads. A lifelong, multi-sport athlete — cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, and badminton — he captained at state-level cricket and picked up best-batsman, man-of-the-match, and best-captain honours along the way. What stayed with him is the part that maps straight onto building systems: leading a side under pressure, earning a team’s trust, and delivering when the result is on the line.

He holds himself to the same standard off the field — a disciplined diet and a training routine six days a week — and, when he’s off the clock, channels that energy into a genuine love of driving and the open road.
